"Stock can be a little hit or miss"
It’s kind of hard to describe, but the stock situation feels inconsistent. Some sizes show up online like they’re available, but then they’re not actually in stock. It’s annoying, though the site itself is okay overall.

"Not as comfy as I was hoping"
I really wanted to like these shoes, but they started hurting my feet after about an hour of walking, not unbearable, but definitely uncomfortable enough that I noticed. They look fine, just not as comfy as I expected

"Sizing was really off for me"
I ordered my usual size, but these shoes were tight right away. Like, not just a little snug, more like they were almost a full size too small. I even checked the box and the tag because I thought maybe I got the wrong pair, but nope, they were labeled correctly.
The sizing info on the site didn’t really help me much either. So then I had to go through the return process, which was just annoying. i probably wouldn’t buy shoes from there again unless I could try them on in person first

"Nice staff, but a little unsure"
Staff were friendly. Easy to talk to. They knew the basic stuff about the shoes, which helped. But sizing and support? I had to ask twice. Not a huge deal. Just felt like they could’ve been a bit more confident.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they got here sooner than I thought they would. The tracking was working fine, though it did take like a day before they actually shipped, which felt a little slow but somehow the whole thing still felt quick. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

These are good shoes overall. They feel really solid and well made, just a bit stiff when I first started wearing them. After a little time, they got more comfortable, so I think they just need a little breaking in.

"Website is alright, just a little clunky"
I was on walkingonacloud.com looking for shoes, and it was okay overall. Not terrible or anything, but it didn’t feel super smooth to use either.
A few pages were kinda slow loading for me, and the filters was a bit confusing at times. I had to click around more than I thought just to find the size and style I wanted.

Once I finally got to checkout, that part was easy enough. So yeah, it’s not a bad website, just average and could be better with some small fixes.

"Late delivery with almost no useful updates"
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it and still had no real idea when it was actually going to show up. i already had a feeling the delivery process might be frustrating, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. Not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t order again

"Really nice help while shoe shopping"
I went in to try on some shoes, and the staff was really nice. They found my size quickly, which was great because I never know if I’m between sizes or not. Also, I didn’t feel rushed at all, even while trying a couple options. The store felt easy to shop in too. Anyway, I left happy with the whole experience...

"Returns were more of a hassle than I expected"
The shoes showed up in good condition, but the sizing wasn’t right, so I tried to exchange them. That’s where things got frustrating. The return process felt more confusing than it needed to be, and updates took longer than I’m used to. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies didn’t really help much. Compared to other shoe sites I’ve ordered from, the whole return experience was just slower and less straightforward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Pretty quick help with my order"
I had a small issue with my order and sent them an email. They got back to me the next day and got everything sorted out, which was a relief. It wasn’t instant or anything, but expecting a reply in like five minutes would be kind of ridiculous. Overall, good experience.

"So Much for Finding My New Favorite Pair"
I went in expecting a decent variety, maybe even the dangerous kind where you end up buying more than planned. Sadly, my wallet was perfectly safe. The styles felt limited, and a lot of the shoes looked outdated or just weren’t my thing. They had sizes available, which is great, except there wasn’t really anything I wanted in the first place. Kind of disappointing for a shoe site, honestly.
